Registration Forms
The following forms can be printed from home to expedite the registration process. Please print on clean white paper or you will have to fill out new forms at registration. Bring your completed forms as well as all registration fees due to the school on registration day.
Registration for the
2008-2009 school year will be held on
August 6, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. and
2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
IF you cannot make this date, please be sure to call ahead and reschedule, or a fee of $10.00 will be added to your registration costs.
* No forms will be accepted thru the mail.
